How to get the certificate — free, online

The e-learning is provided by NHS England and is the same for everyone in health and social care. Here is exactly what to do:

1. Open the NHS elearning for healthcare hub using the button below. It opens in a new tab so this page stays here.
2. Register for a free account (or Sign in if you already have one). You do not need to work for the NHS.
3. In the catalogue, search for “Oliver McGowan” and open The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism.
4. Enrol, then work through the e-learning. You can stop and come back to it.
5. When it shows as complete, go to My Activity (or the certificate link on the course) and download your certificate as a PDF. A screenshot is fine too.
6. Come back to this page, choose “Yes — I have the certificate”, upload one per delegate and pay. Done.
