KCP Training – Recruitment Opportunities

We are currently recruiting qualified, skilled, semi-skilled, and experienced personnel for various roles, including:

  • Site Labourers/Cleaners: Responsibilities include general labouring, moving materials, cleaning work areas, disposing of rubbish in appropriate skips, and assisting with cleaning steel for painting, as well as fitting tasks.

  • Forklift Operators/Mates: Operating Counter Balance and Reach Forklifts to move materials, including pipework, steel, and equipment. You will also assist fitters and erectors as needed.

  • Telehandler Forklift Operators/Semi-Skilled/Mates: Operating Telehandler Forklifts to move materials and assist with rigging, lifting pipework, steelwork, and other tasks.

  • Riggers/Erectors: Safely rigging and erecting pipework, steel, and equipment. You may also assist fitters with pipe installations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds (C&G) or NVQ
  • CSCS or CPCS cards; ideally IPAF certification
  • Telehandler Forklift Certification (desirable)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with potential for overtime on weekends.

Pay Rates:

  • £16–£30 per hour depending on the day, your role, skills, and experience
