This course is designed to meet the requirements set forth by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and in compliance with the Health & Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, and ensures that you or your team is prepared to respond confidently and competently in times of crisis.

Our course structure incorporates a blend of knowledge development, skills enhancement, and practical demonstrations to instill you or your team with the necessary confidence to provide critical care when emergencies arise. Through interactive learning sessions and hands-on practical exercises, participants will acquire the skills and knowledge essential for managing a wide range of emergency situations at home and in the workplace.

At the end of this course, participants will be fully prepared to handle a variety of common injuries and illnesses with confidence and competence. They will have acquired the certification, essential skills and knowledge needed to effectively administer first aid in emergency situations. They will know vital techniques like cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and the appropriate actions to take in the event of a person choking.
